Founders carrying the “someday” pile
You have the vision and the strategy. You don't have another you to execute it. I become that second you.
The Boulder Menu
Pick the one that's been crushing you. I'll move it.
This is the full overview of how I work with founders, executives, and teams. Not a brochure. Not a strategy deck. A short, honest map of every way I take the heavy thing off your plate and ship it.
Consider it done.

Founder, Implementer-in-Chief
The Philosophy
You already know what needs to happen. You've got the strategy. You've got the vision. What you don't have is another set of hands attached to a brain that can execute at your level.
That's the gap. That's where I come in. I'm the implementation clone you wish you had — step in, take the boulder off your plate, ship it. No ramp-up. No hand-holding. No endless meetings.
You point. I move. You get your time back.
The Operating Rules
I don't deliver decks.
I deliver finished work. No roadmaps with a wave goodbye, no weekly “alignment” calls.
I don't ramp up.
I dive in. By the time most consultants would be “getting up to speed,” your boulder is already moving.
I don't hand-hold.
I work autonomously, proactively, with the kind of ownership that makes you forget I'm not full-time.
I don't theorize.
We don't overanalyze. We sit down, figure it out, and do it.
I work with brilliant people carrying too much. If you see yourself below, we should talk.
You have the vision and the strategy. You don't have another you to execute it. I become that second you.
You need someone who takes the ball and runs — autonomously, proactively, no hand-holding.
Every decision, every approval flows through you. Let me take the boulder so you can focus on what only you can do.
Operational overhauls, client deliverables, system implementations — if it's stuck, I move it.
The Menu
One of these is yours. Sometimes two. We figure that out on a call — no pitch, no deck, no homework.
Pair, mix, or single-serve.

Friction-Free
Working with Sharon is a total gift. She makes the complex look easy and brings calm competence to every task.
While most people are more talk than do, Sharon gets it done. When you're picking teams, you pick her early.
We said ‘we wished everyone was a Sharon.’
I hope you are as lucky as I am to have her on your side.
Fine print, in plain English
How fast can you start?
Usually within a week. Sometimes the same day. There is no ramp-up phase — I read what I need to read and start moving.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. Standard, mutual, and signed before any sensitive conversation. Discretion is part of the job.
What if my boulder is weird or embarrassing?
Good. Those are the most fun. Nothing surprises me. We handle it like adults and get it done.
Do you work with my team or just me?
Either. I can operate as a solo extension of you, or embed with your team and quietly raise the quality of everything around me.
Do you do retainers or one-offs?
Both. Some clients book a single 90-minute session. Some keep me on retainer for years. We pick what fits your boulder.
What's NOT a fit?
Endless strategy without execution. Decks for the sake of decks. If you want a thought partner who never ships, I'm the wrong call.
What's next
One 30-minute conversation. No deck, no pitch, no homework. You tell me what's stuck. I tell you how I'd move it. If we're a fit, we start. If not, you leave with a clearer picture either way.
Consider it done.
